Description

The Jetclean DF Self Cleaning Extractor is designed to address one of the most common challenges in fume and dust collection: maintaining filter efficiency over time. This system captures airborne contaminants directly at the point of generation and actively manages filter loading through an integrated compressed air cleaning mechanism.

A built in pre separation chamber removes a significant portion of particulate before it reaches the primary filter cartridges. This design reduces cartridge wear and significantly lowers replacement frequency, helping control long term operating costs while maintaining stable airflow.

The Jetclean DF utilizes horizontal mounted, large surface area filter cartridges that simplify maintenance and improve service access. Filter condition is continuously monitored through an integrated differential pressure gauge, allowing operators to track performance without interrupting operation.

For source capture, the system is paired with the EVOLUTION NO SMOKE extraction arm, providing controlled and precise fume collection. Configurations are available with either one or two suction arms to match application requirements. Despite its extraction power, the unit operates at low noise levels and occupies minimal floor space.

The extractor is available in multiple motor configurations, including 1 HP, 1.5 HP, and 3 HP options, delivering airflow up to 1890 CFM. Plug and play electrical design and high maneuverability make the Jetclean DF suitable for a wide range of industrial processes beyond welding, including surface finishing and material preparation tasks.
